We collect information you submit, including your name, company, work email, optional phone number and website, service categories, New York counties served, delivery preference, and consent records. We also maintain subscription, email-delivery, and feedback records. Stripe processes payment information; we do not store complete card numbers.

How we use information

We use information to review applications, configure and deliver reports, manage subscriptions, provide support, measure report usefulness, prevent duplicate deliveries, secure the service, and meet legal and accounting obligations.

How information is shared

We share information only with service providers needed to operate the service, such as Stripe for payments, Resend for email, and hosting and database providers. We do not sell personal information. Public healthcare-project facts in reports originate from government records and are not customer data.

Retention and security

We retain account and transaction records as reasonably needed to provide the service and meet legal obligations. We use HTTPS, access controls, restricted backend data policies, signed service requests, and payment processing hosted by Stripe. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.

Your choices

You may request access, correction, or deletion of your submitted personal information, or unsubscribe from non-transactional email, by contacting us. Some information may be retained where legally required or needed to resolve disputes.
