Terms, Refund and Cancellation Policy

These terms govern subscriptions to Healthcare Project Signals, operated by Healthcare Project Signals, 5214 Maryland Way, Ste 304, Brentwood, TN 37027, United States.

Service

Healthcare Project Signals provides digital sales-prioritization research derived from public New York State Department of Health records. Reports are informational and do not guarantee project availability, procurement status, contract awards, sales results, or the completeness or accuracy of third-party public records.

Price and billing

The founding-pilot subscription is $99 USD per month. Subscriptions renew automatically each month until canceled. The founding price applies while the subscription remains continuously active. Applicable taxes, if any, are shown at checkout.

Delivery

Service begins after application approval and successful payment. Reports are delivered by email daily or weekly according to the subscriber’s selection. Signal volume varies with public-record activity and the territory and services selected. No physical goods are shipped.

Refund policy

A subscriber may request a full refund within seven calendar days of the first payment by emailing replies@healthcareprojectsignals.com. Renewal payments are non-refundable, except where required by law.

Cancellation policy

Subscribers may cancel at any time through the secure Stripe Customer Portal or by emailing replies@healthcareprojectsignals.com. Cancellation stops future renewal charges. Service continues through the end of the already-paid billing period.

Acceptable use and restrictions

The service is intended for lawful business use. Subscribers may use reports internally for sales research but may not resell, republish, scrape, or systematically redistribute them. The service does not provide regulated healthcare, legal, investment, or procurement advice. No special export restrictions are currently known to apply, but customers are responsible for complying with applicable laws.

Changes and availability

We may improve, modify, suspend, or discontinue features. If we discontinue a paid service before the end of a billing period, we will provide an appropriate prorated refund. We may update these terms prospectively by posting the revised date.
